3. Eligibility and Account Terms

• you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction);
• you provide accurate, current, and complete account information;
• you maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• you accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

4. Subscriptions, Tokens, and Payments

Where available, you are expected to evaluate the Service using free or trial access before purchasing paid features.

Technical exception

Refunds may be considered only if a verified technical failure fully prevents service delivery for more than 48 hours.

• automated processing may occur without human review.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, models, logic, interfaces, documentation, and branding are protected intellectual property of the Service operator.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
